Manage your business
The seven settings tabs, how volume pricing is structured, and what the Analytics page actually measures.
Shop settings is where your business lives after onboarding. It's organised into seven tabs, and everything you change there is what customers see.
The seven tabs
- Profile — business name, email, phone numbers, category and address.
- Services — your description, services offered, paper sizes, colour options, print sides, pricing and add-ons.
- Availability — operating hours for each day, plus your turnaround time.
- Notes — free text describing how to find your shop, shown to customers.
- Verification — your documents and their review status.
- Payouts — the bank account your earnings are paid into.
- Preview — your shop exactly as a customer sees it.
Volume-based pricing
Pricing is set per page, and split by paper size and print side. Each combination carries four tiers — 1–10, 11–50, 51–100 and 101+ pages — so a large job can be priced lower per page than a small one. Prices are in naira.
Availability and turnaround
Set opening and closing times for each day, and mark days closed. Closing time must come after opening time. Your turnaround — same day, next day, instant, two to three days, or within a week — tells customers roughly when to expect their print, and it's visible on your shop page.
Your shop link and QR code
Your shop has a public page, and the Profile tab generates a QR code that points at it. Download it, share it, or copy the link — useful on a counter, a flyer or a shop sign so walk-in customers can find you online.
Measuring performance
- Total orders, average order value, completion rate and total rejected.
- Orders and revenue over time, with your busiest day called out.
- Performance per service, so you can see what's worth pushing and what needs repricing.
