Account and notification settings
Settings is separate from Shop settings — it's about you as the account owner rather than the shop customers see. Two tabs, and one of them is a danger zone.
Settings sits at the bottom of the sidebar, below Shop. Where Shop settings control what customers see, Settings controls the things tied to you as the account owner.
The two tabs
- Account — your owner details, profile picture, and account closure.
- Notifications — what Preentah is allowed to notify you about.
Account details
The Account tab shows your owner details with an avatar at the top. Tap Edit to change them and Cancel to discard — nothing is saved until you save. Upload a profile picture here and it replaces the placeholder on your account.
Notification preferences
There are four toggles, each independent of the others:
- New orders — when a customer places an order.
- Order updates — when customers message about their orders.
- Payouts — when payouts are processed or pending.
- Marketing — tips and updates about Preentah features.
Closing your account
The bottom of the Account tab is a danger zone with a Delete account action. You're asked for a reason, then to confirm, and the deletion is scheduled rather than immediate — so there's a window to change your mind before it takes effect.
Key takeaways
- Settings has two tabs: Account and Notifications.
- Four notification preferences: new orders, order updates, payouts and marketing.
- Deleting your account is scheduled, and asks for a reason first.
