Live chat is provided by Zoho SalesIQ and sets its own cookies. The names above are prefixed with our SalesIQ screen name, so yours may read e.g. preentah-_siqid. It loads for everyone: we treat live support as part of the Website rather than an optional extra, so it is disclosed here rather than offered as a choice.

SalesIQ sets further cookies depending on how the widget is used. Zoho publishes the complete list, with durations, in its cookie policy.

Analytics

We measure traffic with Umami, which is cookieless — it sets nothing on your device and collects no personal data. It runs only if you accept analytics; if you reject it, no analytics script loads at all.
