Onboarding is a short wizard that builds your public shop profile. You can stop at any point — your progress is saved as a draft, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off.

Before you start

Have these ready. They're the parts people get stuck on, and having them to hand turns setup into a single sitting:

  • Your business name, email address and phone numbers.
  • Your business address, including the state and local government area.
  • Your own NIN — exactly 11 digits, numeric only.
  • Your CAC certificate or registration document, if your business is registered.
  • A means of identification and a proof of address to upload.

Step 1 — Business information

This step creates the profile customers will see. It asks for your business details, your address, and information about you as the owner.

  • Business details: name, email, primary phone, and an optional secondary phone.
  • Business category, chosen from the list we provide.
  • Address: two address lines, your state, and your LGA. The LGA list only loads once a state is selected.
  • Owner details: name, address, gender, date of birth, phone and NIN. You must be at least 18.

Step 2 — Services and pricing

Now describe what you print and what you charge. You pick from eight predefined services — document printing, colour printing, binding and finishing, express service, scanning and digitisation, large format printing, photocopying and laminating — and can add custom services of your own.

  • Choose the paper sizes you offer: A4, A3, or both.
  • Choose your colour options: black & white, colour, or both.
  • Choose the print sides you support: front only, front and back, or both.
  • Set a price per page for each paper size and side combination, across four volume tiers: 1–10, 11–50, 51–100 and 101+ pages.
  • Add optional extras such as stapling, binding and laminating.
Volume tiers mean a 500-page job can be priced per page differently from a five-page one — which is how print shops already work.

Step 3 — Availability and go live

Finally, tell customers when you're open. Set opening and closing times for each day of the week, and optionally set your average turnaround — instant, same day, or next day. Confirm that you consent to your documents being used for verification, then tap Go live.

Key takeaways

  • Setup is three steps: Business Info, Services, then Availability & Go Live.
  • Your NIN and your documents are the slowest part — gather them first.
  • Your shop stays invisible to customers until you tap Go live on the last step.
